HR Generalist


Essential Functions Support Human Resources in planning, implementing, communicating and administering human resources programs, policies, and practices. Participates in various HR cross-functional initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, training, LMS, etc. Job Requirements Associates Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred. 3 plus years Human Resources experience with expertise in multiple areas of HR highly preferred. Current knowledge of federal/state regulations Computer skills including Microsoft Office, database management and internet. Excellent interpersonal assessment, communication and teamwork skills.
