General Summary/basic PURPOSE OF JOB:
To provide Physicians, offices and clinics with information and assistance needed for accessing and utilizing Outpatient Services at Mount Sinai Hospital.
To function as each telephone caller’s agent in resolving issues and completing requests for information, confidential clinical data, and hospital services
MINIMUM Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
One to two years of previous work related experience; and
Some medical terminology preferred.
