Knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with course work in such related areas as English, pre-law or statistics. Requires one year professional experience in public or private organization or two years experience working in a legal department or for a general counsel in a public or private organization. Ability to organize and present statistical data. Requires good organizational skills.

Under the direction of the General Counsel performs highly responsible administrative and support duties for the Commission review functions as outlined: Manages the Commission's Request for Review caseload docket including initial intake, service of pleadings and maintenance of case file; oversees tasks relative to monthly en banc, panel and committee meetings, including preparation of meeting calendars, agendas and minutes; oversees the Commissions's Decision Publication Project to ensure timely publication of Commission decisions to the agency's website; assists coordinator with the Commission's legal internship program; assists with tracking and ensuring Board of Commissioner compliance with various statutory mandates; produces regular and special analytical reports used by the General Counsel in monthly reports as well as for auditing and budgeting purposes; authors routine correspondence and responses to letters based on guidelines given by the General Counsel; performs other duties consist with the duties herein enumerated.
